In compliance with the directives of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) regarding the implementation of PSG-2023, PHR Institute of Health Sciences hereby constitutes and notifies the Affiliated Institutional Quality Assessment and Effectiveness Office (aIQAE) to ensure effective implementation of quality assurance, assessment, and continuous improvement mechanisms at the Institute.

Key Responsibilities & Coordination:
- The aIQAE Office shall be responsible for facilitating and monitoring quality assurance and institutional effectiveness activities in accordance with HEC, PSG-2023, and SZABMU quality assurance requirements.
- The nominated team shall coordinate with the Office of IQAE, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU) and ensure timely submission of required quality assurance reports, documents, data, and information.
This notification comes into force with immediate effect by the orders of the Chairman, PHR Institute of Health Sciences, Islamabad.
